Joe Rubin is a Director & Co-Founder of FundingPost.com. FundingPost has been introducing entrepreneurs to investors nationwide for over 13 years through its Online Venture Exchange, Dealflow Magazine and VC & Angel Investor Conferences in 23 cities nationwide. Joe has also invested in 11 seed deals over the past 8 years, including Sticky, Inc. (acquired by Splashtop), Senscient, Giftworks (acquired by Frontstream Payments), CIMA Systems, was an investor and on the advisory board of Offermobi (acquired by Moko.mobi) and an advisor to Gozaik (acquired by Monster) and Augmate. Joe spends most of his time working with investors and helping early-stage entrepreneurs, and speaks at events such as the NYC Economic Development Corporation's Jumpstart & Fasttrac Program's, Early-Stage-East, and Connecticut's CTech, & is a Mentor to Angel Groups such as 37 Angels, Accel Foods and TopStone Angels. Joe is also a Founding Partner of ARC Angel Fund, a seed tech fund based in NYC with Investments such as Upnext (acquired by Amazon), Medivo, Sidecar, Careerminds, iJukebox & Human Demand (acquired by IgnitionOne), a prior board member of the Crowdfund Intermediary Regulatory Advocates (CFIRA) & a founder of FP Angels, an Angel Investor Group.

David J. Freschman, MBA, CPA, CGMA
With over 25 years' experience in the venture capital and entrepreneurial communities, David is a highly experienced and regarded venture capitalist and angel investor. He is the founder and Managing Principal of Innovation Capital Advisors, LLC (ICA), which serves as the management company of Innovation Ventures, L.P. (IV), and the Delaware Innovation Fund (DIF). His experience as a venture capitalist dates back to 1995 when he was asked to establish the DIF, the first Delaware-based venture capital firm by then Governor Thomas R. Carper (currently serving as a Unites States Senator). The DIF is a seed and early-stage venture capital fund that focuses on entrepreneurial ventures in the Mid-Atlantic region, while IV is an early-stage and growth venture capital fund which has invested in fast-growth companies throughout the East Coast.

Stephen Silver
Stephen is the founder of SproutStart.com which specializes in website, software and mobile application development. Stephen is also a partner with MAVN Funding Advisors which specializes in providing a range of funding and business-development services for both investors and emerging growth companies. Since 2009, Stephen has connected 14 different ventures with over $15M in venture funding. Stephen currently sits on the board of directors for the Southern California Venture Network (SCVN.org), a professional networking group focused on helping emerging growth companies. After graduating from college, Stephen was the Entrepreneur Director for the Southern California Keiretsu Forum, the nation's largest angel investment group. Stephen managed the dealflow for the group's 250 local Angel investors. Stephen attended Babson College, the nation’s Number One school for entrepreneurship, and graduated with a B.S. in business administration, with concentrations in entrepreneurship and marketing, and was awarded a "30 under 30" in Southern CA in 2011.
Kenneth Huynh, PMP
Ken has spent more than 10 years immersed in market research and execution of emerging technologies including several years at the private technology think tank, The Research Board, the Gartner Research subdivision. Ken has managed and led initiatives across the full-lifecycle of product development, market research, and business development. Currently Ken is the founder and CEO of the Saucey Sauce Company, a Brooklyn based artisan food startup with an ever growing national distribution including retail chains such as Dean & Deluca, Morton Williams, HEB, and Natural Food Markets. Ken is also a principle consultant and manager of advisory services for Virtustream, a Cloud Computing specialist to enterprise customers. Ken is an angel investor in the NY Distilling Company, Kopi Trading Company and a member of the Local Food Lab, a food startup incubator.
